Channahon man arrested for sex with drunk woman outside bar

A Channahon man accused of taking advantage of a drunk woman in the parking lot of a local bar is out on bond, police said.
Randall Manion, 28, was charged Wednesday with aggravated battery and criminal sexual abuse, court records show.
The charges were prompted by a sexual encounter between Manion and his victim early Saturday in a vehicle outside Mugz’s Hideout, Channahon Det. Adam Bogart said.
Manion’s victim was too drunk to consent to sex, Bogart said. So police got a warrant for Manion’s arrest Tuesday and took him into custody, but Manion posted a $7,500 bond and was released.
