MOKENA -- One man was arrested and another was being sought after a tobacco shop was burglarized early Friday.
Cmdr. Dan Rankovich said thieves broke the front window around 2 a.m. to take cigarettes from the business and their vehicle was identified by a witness.
That information was sent to other departments and Markham police stopped the vehicle and detained Torrence L. Cosby, Rankovich said.
Cosby: 28, of 119 E. 148th St., Harvey, was booked into the Will County Jail on a charge of burglary.
Another suspect was still being sought but remained at large as of Saturday morning.
