A prayer vigil was held Friday for a mother of three who has been missing for three weeks.
Linda L. Fellenbaum, last was seen about 8 p.m. Oct. 21 leaving a residence in the 3600 block of Crockett Court in Joliet. The service was held at the Apostolic Church of God, 6320 S. Dorchester Ave., Chicago.
Joliet Police Cmdr. Brian Benton said Fellenbaum left her vehicle and cell phone inside the residence where she’d been staying for the last two months. Relatives said it was unusual for Fellenbaum to be gone for so long without contacting her children.
Last weekend, Fellenbaum’s friends and family went through the neighborhood where she was last scene. Police have also done several “canvasses” of the area.
Benton said Friday no one has notified police about seeing Fellenbaum since she was reported missing.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at 815-724-3100 or anonymously call CrimeStoppers at 800-323-6734.
Fellenbaum, whose 33rd birthday was Oct. 31, is a black woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has a mole on top edge of her hairline and a scar on her left knee.
