Man accused of having sex with 12-year-old

BOLINGBROOK — A 19-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 12-year-old girl last fall.
Lt. Mike Rompa said police and the Department of Children and Family Services were notified in September that the victim had come to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.
A social worker reported the girl had intercourse with Harry W. Carr, who had recently been living at her residence with her parent’s permission.
An arrest warrant was issued and police located Carr on Wednesday in the 400 block of Hallmark Lane, Rompa said.
Carr was booked into the county jail on charges of predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He was being held on a $350,000 bond.
