Toxicology results back on Hickory Street victims

JOLIET — It does not appear the Hickory Street strangling victims were high on hard drugs when they were killed.
Toxicology results show Eric Glover had no drugs in his system, while Terrance Rankins tested positive for marijuana, according to a source.
On Jan. 9, Glover and Rankins were invited to Alyssa Massaro’s house at 1121 N. Hickory St., to hang out with Massaro, Bethany McKee, Adam Landerman and Joshua Miner. Police found the bodies of Glover and Rankins on Jan. 10.
Authorities say the four suspects robbed and strangled the two friends. McKee left the house the next afternoon and told her father, who notified police. All four suspects have been charged with murder.
Will County Judge Gerald Kinney issued a gag order in the case after police reports, which include the allegation Miner and Massaro had sex on the victims’ bodies, were leaked to the media.
