Plainfield chamber: A breakfast for new members is scheduled for 8 a.m. at the Plainfield chamber office, 24047 Lockport St. RSVP to Mary Gutowski at 815-436-4431. Seating is limited to 30 new members.
Feb. 5
Homer Glen: A ribbon cutting will be at 2 p.m. for two photography businesses at 12544 W. 159th St. Elle Baker Photography will specialize in baby, newborn and maternity pictures. Adore Photography will specialize in pictures of children. The two businesses are sharing space. They will open to the public Feb. 6.
