New marketing director

JOLIET — Jill M. Madison, an 11-year veteran of communications and marketing, has been named as the new marketing director of Westfield Louis Joliet Shopping Center. Madison was most recently the marketing communications manager for Harrah’s Joliet Casino & Hotel.

Woman serving on board

CHICAGO — Latricia Payne, an African-American Bar Association member who lives in Will County, has agreed to serve on Illinois Comptroller Judy Baar Topinka’s newly formed, nine-member African-American Advisory Board.

New office manager

JOLIET — Daniel R. Malinowski of Shorewood is managing the Willett, Hofmann & Associates office in Joliet. Malinowski, a Joliet native, has 27 years of engineering, design, and management experience. He will direct business development operations and coordinate project management/design services.
