DuPage County Historical Museum: “DuPage County and the Civil War: A Local Perspective, to Sept. 2012. Other exhibits will take you on a journey through 150 years of history, a walk in the woods, an 1890’s family sitting room and an activity area all about measurement. Houbolt, permanent exhibit celebrates the 1969 moon landing and honors the former Joliet resident and key proponent of the lunar orbit rendezvous concept. Naper Settlement: The exhibit, “150 Years: A Promising Start,” that explores the 150-year history of North Central College is in the Heritage Gallery to June 2012.
