Teen parenting open house
JOLIET — Have you ever wondered how a teenage parent successfully raises a child? If you would like to experience the answer to this question, attend the open house at Joliet Township High School Infant Childcare Center from 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursday at Joliet Central High School in Little Theater on the lower level, 201 E. Jefferson St.

Christ Academy holding open house
SHOREWOOD — Christ’s Academy, 114 Channahon St., will host an open house at 7 p.m. May 4.
Registration for grades pre-kindergarten through 12 begins May 20.
The open house will include activities, games and refreshments for the children in attendance.
