MAKES 1 COCKTAIL
1½ parts (or jiggers) Hendrick’s Gin
½ part (or jigger) lime juice
½ part (or jigger) raspberry syrup or spoonful raspberry preserves
Spicy ginger beer or ginger ale
Lime wheel, for garnish
2 raspberries, for garnish
Pour gin followed by lime juice and raspberry syrup (or, in a pinch, raspberry preserves) into ice-filled tall glass. Top with ginger beer (or, in a pinch, ginger ale). Quickly mix with stirrer.
Garnish with lime wheel and 2 raspberries.
