Church garage sale: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 10 at St. Mary Immaculate, 15629 S. Route 59, Plainfield. Includes clothing, electronics, household items, tools, knickknacks, small appliances and sporting goods.
Church picnic: June 10 at st. Joe’s Park in Joliet, with noon Mass. Featuring Neverly Brothers Band, Bingo, food, drinks, cash raffle, children’s games, Bella Cucina Caterers, a bake sale and a Blu-Ray TV raffle.
Route 66 Extravaganza: 6 to 8 p.m., June 10 at Lloyd Erickson Park in Elwood. Enjoy music by Jim Hannah and the Country Boys and more. Free and open to the public. 815-674-0036.

Wendy’s classic car cruise in: 5-9 p.m. every Monday night year-round for socializing. Cars, trucks, tractors and cycles are welcome at the Wendy’s on Route 47 just south of Interstate 80 in Morris. This is a free social event. For information, call Ken at 815-942-2032.
