Morris High School offering theater camp next month

MORRIS — Morris High School will offer Redskin Theater camp from noon to 3 p.m. July 16-20.

The camp is intended for children in first through eighth grades. It will be held in the school’s auditorium, 1000 Union St.

The cost to attend is $60 per child and includes a camp T-shirt.

Reservation and payment must be received by Friday.

Space for the weeklong camp is limited to the first 30 interested participants.

During the camp, members of the school’s Drama Club will help children recognize the many different aspects of theater through games, skits, improvisation and other activities.

The workshop will conclude with a production put on by the students for their family and friends.

To register, you can print the registration form from www.morrishs.org and complete and return it to the school.
