Indoor flea market: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 20, The Oaks Recreation and Fitness Center field house, 10847 LaPorte Road, Mokena. Buyers admitted free. The vendor registration fee is $30 and is non-refundable. All vendors must pre-register at the park office. There is no on-site registration. Vendors receive a 12-foot-by-12-foot space in the field house. Bring your own tables and chairs. Check-in time is 7 a.m. Vendor spaces are determined by park district staff. Irish American Society meeting: From 1 to 3 p.m. Jan. 20, the Irish American Society of County Will is hosting John Gleeson from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at the Joliet Area Historical Museum, 204 N. Ottawa, Joliet. He is a senior lecturer and co-director of the Center for Celtic Studies. He will be discussing Celtic mythology and Ireland. Free admission.
