Police: Joliet man had sex with 15-year-old

JOLIET — A 24-year-old man allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl last week.
On Jan. 16, Pedro Gaspar invited the victim to his basement at 511 Landau Ave., Chief Mike Trafton said.
“They had sex, and the victim later told her parents, who contacted our investigators,” Trafton said.
Gaspar was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual assault.
His bond was set Wednesday at $150,000.
