MORRIS — In 2010, 51 grain entrapments were documented — the most ever reported, according to Purdue University’s Agricultural Safety and Health Program.
A Grain Rescue and Protection Training Session will be Wednesday at the Grundy County Highway Department. The session begins at 12:30 p.m. with lunch; training is 1-5 p.m.
This program is free and open to the public. Sponsors of this program include TS Quick Enterprises, Grundy County Farm Bureau Young Leaders, Grainco FS, First Midwest Bank and Pioneer.

Relay for Life kickoff
BOLINGBROOK — The American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Bolingbrook will hold its annual kickoff event at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at Bolingbrook Park District, 200 S. Lindsey Lane.
Refreshments will be served and the registration fee will be waived for teams who sign up before or during the kickoff.
This year’s Relay for Life of Bolingbrook will be June 9-10 at the Bolingbrook Town Center.
