LOCKPORT — Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford will sponsor a Cash Dash event from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Lockport City Hall, 222 E. Ninth St.

Fashion show

JOLIET — Models are scheduled to show off new fashion Wednesday at Al’s Steakhouse, 1990 W. Jefferson St. Cable TV talk show host Diana Stonitsch is organizing The Ministry of Fashion show, scheduled for noon to 1:30 p.m.

Wild game dinner

PLAINFIELD — The sixth annual wild game dinner, sponsored by Friendship Baptist Church, will be March 10 at Plainfield Central High School, 24120 W. Fort Beggs Drive.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $10, or $5 for ages 10 and younger.
