Police blotter: Woman charged for failing to register as habitual child sex offender

Deborah C. Coulombe: 58, of 7349 Woodward Ave. in Woodridge, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the county jail Thursday on a charge of failure to register as a habitual child sex offender.

Donald A. Mallory: 32, of 513 King Arthur Way in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County police and booked into the county jail Thursday on a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

John L. Girot: 29, of 292 Marylyn Ave. in Glendale Heights, was arrested by Will County police and booked into the county jail Thursday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of hypodermic syringe/needle, improper turn signal and headlight violation.

Jennifer M. Cowie: 30, of 219 W. Main in Braidwood, was arrested by Will County police and booked into the county jail Thursday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Kenneth L. Pinnick: 44, of 316 Sherman in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the county jail Thursday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
