JOLIET — Bianca Golden of Season 9 of “America’s Next Top Model” will grace the runway this year with local college students at the University of St. Francis’ second annual charity fashion show, Project Couture, at 8 p.m. April 13.
Proceeds will benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates of Will County, which serves abused and neglected children.
CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to advocate for the best interest of abused children.
Proceeds will also fund the Rev. Isaac Singleton Scholarship.
The theme of the show is “Project Couture: Beauty and the Beast.”
The show is inspired by popular genres of music from Chicago, including house, soul, jazz, hip-hop, rock and Chicago-native artists.
In addition to Golden, the show will feature 20 models from USF and neighboring colleges.
Tickets are on sale on Eventbrite.com and at USF’s campus. Prices are $8 for USF students, $15 for community members and $20 for VIP tickets.
