Police reportedly seized nearly $1,000 worth of cannabis and two guns from a home in Homer Glen Thursday.

Cooperative Police Assistance Team director Mike Weber said Scott M. Sniegowski, 31, had been the subject of a short-term investigation into pot dealing before officers used a warrant to search his home in the 13800 block of Stone Oak Way.

Police found two guns, about 85 grams of marijuana, packaging material and $7,000, Weber said.

Sniegowski was booked into the county jail on charges of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
