Plano man accused of fondling family member

YORKVILLE — Bail was set at $50,000 this week for a Plano man accused of fondling a young female family member.
Richard Todd, 64, of the 300 block of North Center Street, is charged with criminal sexual abuse, according to Kendall County court records. Bail was set Monday, and Todd will have to post $5,000 bond to be released from the county jail.
According to charging documents, Todd fondled a girl younger than 13 between Dec. 18, 2010, and April 14, 2012. Todd is related to the alleged victim, prosecutors said. Charging documents did not indicate where the alleged abuse took place.
Todd is scheduled to be in court June 11.
