Updated: September 22, 2012 6:17AM

JOLIET — On Tuesday, the Pink Heals Tour, a group of pink fire trucks, will stop at Provena Regional Cancer Center/Joliet Oncology-Hematology Associates from 2 to 4 p.m. to visit with women and their families who have been affected by cancer.

Be sure to stop by to see and sign the trucks as they make their way across the nation in support of women battling cancer. After the JOHA stop, the trucks will head to Joliet Memorial Stadium for a walk through town.

The movement will start and end at the stadium, beginning at 5 p.m. and concluding at 8 p.m.

In order to participate in the walk, purchase a $20 Pink Heals T-shirt, available at Provena Regional Cancer Center/Joliet Oncology-Hematology Associates, 2614 W. Jefferson St., or Heartland Bank at 700 W. Jefferson St. in Shorewood.

The JOHA Foundation has been selected as the beneficiary of all funds raised in this year’s Joliet tour. To buy a T-shirt or make a donation, make checks payable to JOHA Foundation (Pink Heals Joliet). Checks can be mailed or brought to the JOHA Foundation at 2614 W. Jefferson St., Joliet.
