Poll: Electrical aggregation

On Monday, the Joliet City Council voted to give residents and small businesses the opportunity to join the Will Electric Aggregation Group, bringing to 21 the number of communities in a buying group that will get electricity at about 40 percent less than what ComEd is charging.
