POLICE BLOTTER: Cops: Crest Hill man arrested for sexual encounters with girl, 14

CREST HILL — A 44-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Robert A. Hall, of 2308 Greengold St., was arrested Thursday after Lockport Township High School contacted police earlier that day.
“The victim was acquainted with Hall and had sexual encounters at his house over the last year,” Deputy Chief Ed Clark said.
Clark said Lockport police assisted with the investigation and detectives do not believe Hall has had inappropriate contact with other minors.
“He was interviewed during the case and made some incriminating statements,” Clark said. Hall was booked into the county jail on a charge of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Max D. Ciesla: 21, of 330 McClure Ave. in Manhattan, was arrested by Manhattan police and booked into the county jail Wednesday on charges of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, cannabis possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.
James E. Poston: 20, of 1315 Demmond Court in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Wednesday on charges of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and narcotics possession.
Anton M. Graham: 20, of 3608 Indian Head Lane in Joliet, was arrested by state police and booked into the county jail Wednesday on a charge of possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.
Corey E. Loggins: 25, of 16213 Michigan Court in Crest Hill, was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Wednesday on a charge of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver.
Eric J. Brantley: 36, of 11 W. McKinley Ave. in Steger, was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Thursday on charges of driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Ciara Burns: 23, of 11301 Normandy Ave. in Worth, was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Thursday on charges of narcotics possession and driving under the influence of alcohol.
