Soggy time at Yorkville’s Hometown Days

After a soggy Saturday at Yorkville’s Hometown Days Festival, the annual four-day event is scheduled to wrap up Sunday.
Today’s events kick off with a pancake breakfast at 8 a.m. Both the car show and bean bag tournament start at 10 a.m. Sunday’s scheduled activities also include carnival rides, a book sale, a BMX stunt show and music until 11 p.m. The duck race will start at 4 p.m.
Admission is $2 after 5 p.m. Children younger than 5 are free.
