GED test dates set
NEW LENOX — Dates for the GED test for the months of October through December were announced by Regional Superintendent of Schools Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant. The GED is a two-day test.
October: 1 and 3, 13 and 20, 23 and 25, and 20 and 27. Oct. 13 and 20 at the Romeoville test site.
Tentative dates for November and December are: Nov. 3 and 17, 5 and 7, and 13 and 15. Nov. 3 and 17 are at both Joliet and Romeoville test sites. Dec. 1 and 8, 3 and 5, 4 and 6, and 11 and 13. Dec. 1 and 8 are at both Joliet and Romeoville locations.

Blood drive at Curves Joliet West
JOLIET — Curves Joliet West will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 10 in the Curves parking lot, 1007 Essington Road.
Heartland Blood Center’s mobile coach will be in the lot.
