Crime Stoppers of Will County
to sponsor race
JOLIET — Crime Stoppers of Will County will host a Goblin Gallop 5K run/walk Oct. 27 at Chicagoland Speedway.
Proceeds will help keep crime off the streets.
The cost is $35 per runner and it includes free goodie bag. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes.

Families in Transition Support Day
is Saturday
BOLINGBROOK — Families in Transition Support Day will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Bolingbrook Community Center, 201 Canterbury Lane.
The event is to assist families who have lost their homes understand their children’s education rights. Information on health inursance and medical care also will be offered.
