Peter Claver Center now accepting food basket distribution applications

The Peter Claver Center Inc. will accept applications for the annual Thanksgiving food basket distribution.
Applicants must apply only during the hours as scheduled. There will be no exceptions.
Applicants can apply at the center, 180 Chicago St. in Joliet.
Registration will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Only the economically disadvantaged families of Will County are eligible to apply. If you are sign up at any other place, you will not be eligible for a food basket from the center.
Mandatory requirements are:
Must be parent or legal guardian.
Current photo ID.
Current W-2 form.
Current proof of income.
Current proof of residency.
Current proof of Public Aid status.
Current Public Aid Medical card.
Birth certificates of children.
The Thanksgiving food baskets will be distributed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 20 at the center.
