After Bears quarterback Jay Cutler suffered a likely concussion in Sunday night’s loss to the Texans, coach Lovie Smith was asked about his chances to return in time for the 49ers Monday night. ‘‘If we err, it would be as far as keeping players out longer,’’ Smith said. You think Jay Cutler will play for the Bears this weekend?
