Fashion show to be Wednesday

JOLIET — Diana Stonitsch’s models in her Ministry of Fashion are scheduled to show off new fashions from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Joliet Junior College’s Renaissance Center, 214 N. Ottawa St.
School trustee filing deadline
JOLIET — Will County Clerk Nancy Schultz Voots reminds candidates who will be filing petitions for the Regional Board of School Trustees to be elected April 9 that the first day to file is 8:30 a.m. Dec. 17 at the clerk’s office, 302 N. Chicago St.
The filing deadline is 5 p.m. Dec. 26.
Park board posts open
NEW LENOX — The New Lenox Park Board will have open two, four-year terms as commissioner for the April 9 election.
Petitions are available at the Lions Community Center, 1 Manor Drive.
Filing will be from Dec. 17 to 5 p.m. Dec. 26.
