Police blotter: Joliet man charged with theft

Sylvester Banks: 53, of 1420 Rickey Drive, Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Wednesday on a charge of theft.
Phillip J. Gray: 48, of 1917 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, was arrested by Lockport police Wednesday on a charge of delivery of narcotics.
Luis Guzman: 22, of 425 Abe St., Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Wednesday on a charge of domestic battery.
Jamal M. Helaire-Jones: 25, of 329 Stonegate St., Bolingbrook, was arrested by sheriff’s police Thursday on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
Jesus Vera: 49, of 16025 W. 139th St., Lockport, was arrested by sheriff’s police Thursday on a charge of driving without a license.
Fidel Flores: 44, of 4818 W. 23rd St., Cicero, was arrested by sheriff’s police Thursday on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
Angel D. Perry: 18, of 3530 Wallace Ave., Steger, was arrested by sheriff’s police Thursday on charges of driving without a license and no insurance.
Derrick M. Bester: 37, of 416 Gardner St., Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Thursday on charges of narcotics possession and vandalism.
Zachary Michaels: 25, of 338 Orchard Lane, Braidwood, was arrested by Braidwood police Thursday on a charge of delivery of narcotics.
