New stop signs at Cora and Hutchins in Joliet

JOLIET — Effective Jan. 4 there will be new stop signs installed at Cora and Hutchins streets.
The new stop signs will be “all-way” stop signs.
Currently, the stop signs are only on Hutchins Street.
Motorists are advised to use caution while driving in the area.

Library changes hours
JOLIET — Effective Tuesday, the Joliet Public Library will change its hours due to budgetary constraints.
Hours will be:
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday
1 to 5 p.m. Sunday
