Seminar on PTSD offered

MORRIS — Post-traumatic stress disorder is a type of anxiety disorder that occurs as a result of a traumatic event.
A free seminar on PTSD, organized by Behavioral Health Alliance of Grundy County, will be Wednesday at First Christian Church, 455 W. Southmor Road.

Registration will open at 8 a.m., with presenters to follow from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Fair Tax group discussion
JOLIET — Will County Fair Tax will lead a discussion of the nation’s economic crisis at 11 a.m. Saturday at Silver Spoon Restaurant, 1601 W. Jefferson St.
The topic will be “Religious Freedom — the Fair Tax vs. the Current Tax Code.”
