Foster office to go mobile

BOLINGBROOK — Staff of U.S. Rep. Bill Foster will hold mobile office service from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the Bolingbrook Town Center, 375 W. Briarcliff Road.

St. Baldrick’s fundraiser
PLAINFIELD — The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which raises money for childhood cancer research, will host a head-shaving event at 11 a.m. March 17 at the old firehouse,15025 S. Des Plaines St.
More than 30 volunteers will shave their heads.
The Plainfield Fire District also will have guest speakers, local dignitaries, games and other fundraising venues and entertainment.
