Man accused of having sex with 12-year-old girl

BOLINGBROOK — A 19-year-old man has been charged with having sex with a 12-year-old girl last fall, according to police.
They said Harry W. Carr, of Bolingbrook, is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Police Lt. Mike Rompa said police and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services were notified in September that the victim had gone to Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital.
A social worker reported to police that the girl allegedly had sex with Carr, who had been living recently at her residence with her parents’ permission.
An arrest warrant was issued then for Carr, and police located him on Wednesday in the 400 block of Hallmark Lane, where he was taken into custody, Rompa said.
