St. Pat’s group to host candidate forum

The St. Pat’s Neighborhood Association will hold a candidates forum for Joliet City Council candidates at 6 p.m. March 20 at the Patrick Haley Mansion, 17 S. Center St.
All four candidates have accepted invitations to appear at the forum.
Candidates on the ballot for the April 9 election are incumbent council members Don Fisher, Jan Quillman and Michael Turk, and challenger Jim McFarland. Three positions are open for the at-large council seats, which are elected citywide. At-large council members represent the entire city.
The forum will be moderated by Stewart Warren.
