Bank manager charged with taking more than $100,000

A bank service manager has been charged with stealing more than $100,000 from two branches in Oswego and Plano over the course of three years.
Nancy Stallman, 52, of Yorkville, was charged with bank theft in a criminal information filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Chicago, according to U.S. Attorney’s office spokesman Randall Samborn.
According to the complaint, Stallman, who was the service manager for Harris Bank, stole $113,980 in deposits from January 2007 to July 2010 from bank branches in Oswego and Plano, Samborn said.
She will be arraigned in Chicago at 1:30 p.m. Thursday before Judge Virginia Kendall, he said.
