Woman’s corpse pulled from Des Plaines River

ROCKDALE — A woman’s body was pulled from the Des Plaines River on Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, the corpse was seen around
12:35 p.m. by an employee standing on a platform at the Midwest Generation plant.
State police are investigating the death.
