Police Blotter: Morris woman robbed at gunpoint

JOLIET — A Morris woman told police she was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night.
At 11:10 p.m. the victim and a man were sitting a parked car in the 600 block of Elmwood Street when a man approached the vehicle.
“He stuck a black semi-automatic handgun through the window and said ‘Give me the money. I’m not playing. You have five seconds,’” Cmdr. Rich Demick said.
The victim handed the robber about $50 and he fled the scene. No suspect description was available.

Paul R. Bultema: 24, of Schererville, Ind., was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Sunday on charges of possession of silencer and unauthorized possession of ammunition.
Oscar Granados: 21, of 36 Arlington Drive in Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police and booked into the county jail Sunday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jose L. Amezciua: 24, of 409 Campbell St. in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail Sunday on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
Damian Lopez-Galindo: 21, of 739 Westwind Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the county jail Monday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Benny Stubblefield: 36, of 24 E. 122nd Place in Chicago, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the county jail Monday on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
