JOLIET — Feb. 21 is the last day to register if you wish to vote in the March 20 primary election, Will County Clerk Nancy Schultz Voots announced.
The clerk’s office, at 302 N. Chicago St., is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
