Until now, I have been a constant and vociferous critic and opponent of Obamacare. I felt that among other things that Obamacare was one more piece of legislation that provided the non-contributors in this nation with just one more unearned perk. I also felt it was legislation that was neither read nor understood by those who voted for it. All my feelings changed today. I have heard that prior to the November election, Obama will reveal that Obamacare will provide to all senior citizens free toilet paper, adult diapers and two magnifying glasses. So I wish to apologize to the non-contributors for my past nastiness and hope you will now welcome me to your non-contributing group.

Oil lobbyists reap rewards
The five largest oil producers have made half a trillion dollars in profits in the last five years, yet they received $20 billion in subsidies from taxpayers like you and me. And spending $20 million in campaign contributions, most going to the Republicans, plus another $150 million in lobbyist fees on Capitol Hill.
