OPENLINE: Why so much bile?

Why so much bile?
Why do some OpenLine callers hate the unions so much? Why do they have so much bile toward them? Would their standard of living be what it is if it wasn’t for unions making sacrifices over the years? It seems like they just hate Americans.

You are sadly mistaken
If you think President Obama being re-elected and Obamacare becoming law will improve your life, you are sadly mistaken. I know several business owners who supply health insurance to their employees who say the cost averages $5,000 per year, per employee. There is a $2,000 per year penalty if they do not provide health insurance. These employers say if Obamacare is enacted they intend to stop paying for health insurance and just pay the penalty. They don’t want the government telling them what to do. Obamacare was meant to level the playing field and force those who don’t provide health insurance to start providing it. It is going to have the opposite effect.

More positives than not
A lot of negative publicity is being thrown at the Joliet and Will County areas because of two very negative trials going on in the area. I hope all of the positives like the fests; activities like the upcoming NASCAR race, the coming school year and the sports seasons for the schools and high schools will tremendously overcome the negatives coming from the trials. Positives always overcome negatives.

Illegals stealing jobs
What a sad day in the United States of America. It’s a great day for the illegal immigrants because now they get their work permits. There are millions of Americans who are out of work. There are no jobs in this country. Now we have millions of illegal immigrants who will not be deported. They are taking jobs away from the American people. The politicians who are in charge of making decisions for this country are helping other country’s people out before our country. It’s a sad thing. These politicians need to lose their jobs and their retirements just like the Americans have. We now have no one to represent the American people.
