Vote for candidate who will do ‘right thing’

Updated: October 3, 2012 6:10AM

Often, when everything is said and done, it usually never really is. For all of us, as American citizens, we are at a tipping point in our November elections, and even more of a tipping point in our lives.

It seems people are either on one side of the fence or the other, and lately I am hearing statements along the lines of … “The state of the economy isn’t (President) Obama’s fault, it already came that way”, or (President) Bush did all he could, and now look at what’s happening.”

As I said, when everything is said and done, it’s never really said and done, and we continue to hear people in what they say and they are usually never done, now are they?

In light of this, I just want to impress upon everyone once again with November fast approaching what I intend to do. I intend to vote; not red, nor blue, not right, nor left, but vote for whomever will do the next right thing.

Now, this notion may seem very arbitrary to you, or you may say I am being namby-pamby at best, but, it isn’t, and I’m certainly not. I have put much time and thought into what I am writing to you today and all I am saying is for everyone to do the next right thing.

We are at a crossroads in our lives at this very moment, and we all need to do the next right thing. I for one, will do exactly that, and with that said, this for me is just the beginning, because I will never be done with what I say, and never say I will be done.
