Softball

Richards 4, No. 3 Lemont 0: Carly Jaworski was the losing pitcher for visiting Lemont (5-1, 3-1) in the South Suburban crossover.

No. 7 Lincoln-Way West 7, Bloom 2: Myranda Eckberg collected two hits and two runs for host Lincoln-Way West (4-0).

Romeoville 10, Thornwood 0: Abby Smith knocked in four runs for host Romeoville (1-0). Melissa Guzior allowed one hit and struck out 11 in going the distance for the Spartans.

Seneca 13, Spring Valley Hall 0: Lexi Trompeter belted a grand slam for visiting Seneca (4-2).

Morris 11, Sandwich 2: Morris posted the home victory.

Bishop McNamara 10, Coal City 0: Visiting Coal City lost in six innings.

Metea Valley 6, Plainfield North 3: Plainfield North came up short at home.

Boys Volleyball

Lincoln-Way West 25-25, IMSA 9-11: Grayson Dewey passed out 10 assists to lead visiting Lincoln-Way West (6-1).

Oak Lawn 25-25, Lemont 15-19: Visiting Lemont was beaten in the South Suburban crossover.

Girls Soccer

Lincoln-Way Central 4, Plainfield South 0: Rachel Post had two goals for visiting Lincoln-Way Central (4-0). Plainfield South fell to 3-2.

Wilmington 3, Reed-Custer 1: Renee Enz scored twice for visiting Wilmington (1-0, 1-0) in the Interstate Eight.

Stagg Invitational

Mother McAuley 4, Lincoln-Way East 3: Kelsey Elam registered a goal and an assist for Lincoln-Way East (2-3).

Stagg 3, Peotone 1: Peotone lost the first-round match.

Boys Tennis

Plainfield East 4, Lincoln-Way West 3: Plainfield East won the dual in New Lenox. Kevin Horton was among the winners in singles for Lincoln-Way West.

Boys Water Polo

Homewood-Flossmoor 15, Lincoln-Way Central 5: Visiting Lincoln-Way Central (1-4) dropped its opener in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.

College Softball

Moraine Valley 5-18, Joliet Junior College 0-10: Gabrielle Poe had four RBI in the nightcap for visiting Joliet Junior College (3-16).
