Kurt Palandech, of Plainfield North, is this week’s Herald-News Football Player of the Week.
Palandech, a senior quarterback, went 9-of-11 passing for 150 yards and had a touchdown in the Tigers’ 35-2 victory over Lockport. Palandech also rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on eight carries, highlighted by a 97-yard drive that ended with Palandech’s 30-yard touchdown run.
