Boys Soccer

Lincoln-Way Central 4, Bolingbrook 2: C.J. Zuraitis contributed three goals and an assist for visiting Lincoln-Way Central (7-5) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover.

Lincoln-Way West 0, Lockport 0: Mason McGowan and Tony Prospero combined to make six saves for visiting Lincoln-Way West (6-5-3) in the SouthWest Suburban crossover.

Morris 2, Minooka 0: Goals by Ricardo Del Toro and Chava Villanueva powered host Morris (6-4-1). Minooka fell to 8-6-1.

Providence 2, Illiana Christian 2: Ben Salvador had both goals for host Providence (7-6-3).

St. Charles East Tournament

St. Charles East 3, Plainfield Central 1: Mo Rashid scored on a penalty kick for Plainfield Central (6-7-1) in the championship.

Girls Volleyball

Reed-Custer Tournament: Seneca won its first six matches before losing to Deer Creek-Mackinaw 25-15, 25-12 in the championship. No. 7 Morris (18-6) took third after beating Clifton Central 25-11, 25-11.

Girls Golf

Rolling Meadows Invitational: Joliet Catholic’s Claire O’Connor shot an 87 in finishing third. The Angels (398) were fifth out 11 scoring teams at Arlington Lakes Golf Club in Arlington Heights.

Girls Tennis

Lemont Invitational: Bolingbrook’s Nneka Onyejiaka beat Lemont’s Lisa Gawron 6-0, 6-0 in the final at No. 1 singles. Lemont (28) won first place in the eight-team meet, besting runner-up Nazareth (26) and third-place occupant Bolingbrook (18). The champion Indians were second in all four divisions, including the pairing of Kelsey Motto and Sam Drafke at No. 1 doubles.

Boys Cross Country

Bartlett Invitational: Lincoln-Way Central totaled 101 points in finishing second behind Jacobs (45) in the 13-team meet. The Knights were led by Chris Kaminski, who finished fourth after completing the 3-mile race in 15 minutes, 51.7 seconds. Kaminski’s teammate, Dru Rozewicki (15:56.1), came in sixth.

Sterling Invitational: Drew Gallagher (17:02) finished 29th in leading Plainfield Central (213) to a seventh-place showing in the 15-team meet.

Aurora Central Catholic Invitational: Joseph Suarez (15:01.8) was 10th as Plainfield East (256) finished ninth among the 29 squads.

Girls Cross Country

Oak Park Invitational: Plainfield North’s Catherine Crusson (20:02.2) finished 24th in the 3-mile race, two spots ahead of Plainfield Central’s Emily Vihnanek (20:07). Fifteen teams competed, with Plainfield Central (184) finishing sixth and Plainfield North (201) seventh.

Aurora Central Catholic Invitational: Plainfield East (402) was 15th out of 24 teams. The Bengals’ top runner was Cindy Vasquez (18:46.1), who finished 43rd.
