Brett Fox, of Plainfield North, is this week’s Herald-News Football Player of the Week.
Fox, a senior linebacker, caught an 11-yard touchdown pass, had an interception, a sack and recovered an onside kick as the Tigers beat Minooka 28-20. Fox’s efforts helped the Tigers to not only their sixth victory of the season, but also to a playoff berth with only one game remaining in the regular season.
