No. 4 Plainfield East 73, West Aurora 62: Faith Suggs scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds for host Plainfield East (1-0). Nikia Edom added 18 points and seven rebounds for the Bengals.
Mother McAuley 50, No. 5 Providence 30: Samantha Rohrer scored eight points for host Providence (0-1).
Bishop McNamara 68, No. 10 Peotone 45: Brittney Campione poured in 17 points for host Peotone (1-1).
Hinsdale South 42, Lemont 32: Kelsey Motto netted 10 points for host Lemont (0-1).
