Carl Terrell of Joliet West is the Joliet Herald-News boys basketball Player of the Week.
Terrell, a senior point guard, started a 16-4 run in the third quarter of the Tigers’ 62-56 victory over Lincoln-Way East. Terrell scored 10 of his 16 points during the spurt and helped the Tigers build their lead from a three-point advantage to a whopping 15 points. The win improved the Tigers to 5-2 and 1-1 in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
