Knights/Warriors Winter Classic

Illiana Christian 79, Lincoln-Way West 58: Franco Pettinato scored a game-high 24 points for host Lincoln-Way West (1-6).

Girls Basketball

No. 9 Seneca 46, Sandwich 21: Chelsie McCormick scored 12 points for visiting Seneca (5-4).

Tinley Park 73, Lincoln-Way West 57: Danielle Morgan netted a team-best 24 points for visiting Lincoln-Way West (3-4).

Bishop McNamara 52, Providence 47: Alyssa Jurges scored 20 points and Maeve Garvey added nine for host Providence (4-6, 0-2) in the East Suburban Catholic.

Naperville North 68, Plainfield Central 39: Hennessey Handy chalked up 10 points for visiting Plainfield Central (2-7).

Peotone 60, Watseka 55: Brittney Campione’s 20 points keyed Peotone (7-4).

Oswego Tournament

Batavia 70, Minooka 38: Larissa McLemen scored 16 points to pace Minooka (3-8) in the second-round game.

Girls Bowling

Lemont triangular: Kyra Udziela had a two-game series of 368 in leading Lemont (1,723) over T.F. South (1,708) and Evergreen Park (1,599) in the South Suburban meet at Strike N Spare II.

Boys Swimming

Andrew 104, Lincoln-Way Central 79: Cody Moris won the 100-yard backstroke (54.62 seconds) and Mike Ramos prevailed in the 200 freestyle (1:54.06) to lead host Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
