Boys Basketball
No. 8 Morris 61, Rochelle 57: Austin Patterson had 18 points and Jake Hogen scored 15 to power host Morris (14-8, 4-4) in the Northern Illinois Big 12 East.
No. 9 Providence 74, Bishop McNamara 65 (OT): Kevin Kozan had 24 points and Miles Boykin added 16 to lift visiting Providence (12-12, 5-5) in the Catholic League South.
Romeoville 64, Plainfield South 63: Christian Diaz had 16 points and Jimmy Moon scored 11 to pace host Romeoville (5-19, 1-10) in the Southwest Prairie. Alonzo Garrett, of Plainfield South (7-17, 4-8), led all scorers with 18 points.
Sandburg 49, Lincoln-Way East 48: Chris DeRubertis had 21 points for host Lincoln-Way East (8-13, 2-9) in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Notre Dame 77, Joliet Catholic 50: Ryan Peter (15 points) and Jalen Jackson (12) led visiting Joliet Catholic (4-22, 0-6) in the East Suburban Catholic.
Plano 59, Peotone 53: Brady White scored 13 points to steer host Peotone (12-11, 2-6) in the Interstate Eight.
Dwight 52, Wilmington 46: Blake Huseman scored 20 points for visiting Dwight (9-17, 4-6) in the Interstate Eight. Nate Rock and Dan O’Leary had 11 points each for Wilmington (11-15, 3-7).
Girls Basketball
T.F. North 43, Lemont 38: Courtney Toth and Kim Jerantowski had 12 points apiece for host Lemont (13-13, 7-6) in the South Suburban Blue.
